Building your LED screen from ground level is now easy, whatever your type of screen is, Prolyte offers a universal solution, the LED Stack system. This combination of a base-unit, connection bar and ladder truss, creates a very stable system to support you LED screens in various configurations and offers flexibility in height as well as width.
LSU - Straight vertical support
Building your LED screen from the ground up is now easy, whatever your screen type, Prolyte offers a universal solution, the LED Stack system. This combination of a base unit, connection bar and ladder mesh creates a very stable system for supporting LED screens in a variety of configurations and offers flexibility in both height and width.
A side-entry clamp with the universal connection plate fitted allows almost any type of LED panel to be mounted quickly and easily. By using longer connection bars, you can easily extend your screen with another row of panels. Using the adjustable feet at the front and rear of the base unit, you can safely level the system so that your screen is completely straight.

To prevent your LED support system from tipping over, a ballast is required on each base unit (each metre). The amount of ballast depends on the height of your screen.
The system can be built up to 4 metres high without any lateral stabilisation and is calculated according to the latest standards.

Prolyte presents the next step in the horizontal suspension of LED panels. This universal system makes it possible to create complete ceiling panels, whatever the size of the panel used. Almost all brands of LED panels can be adapted to this flexible system.
System description:
The HS series is based on a special 48.3 mm round extrusion in combination with an LED panel adapter.
The 48.3 mm extrusion has an integrated Helm 100 profile that accommodates the panel adapters. These can be slid into the correct position to suit the size and type of panel. On the other side, there is a slot that allows the connecting pieces to attach the upper part to the lower profiles.
The lower profiles will be fitted at 90°, creating the base of the LED screen ceiling. The distance between the lower profiles depends on the size of your LED panels. Once the profiles are mounted in the correct position, the panel adapters can be placed in the correct position. The maximum clear span of the bottom profile is 3 metres.
LED panel adapters are available in fixed and adjustable versions. The adjustable version can be adjusted in height by 3 cm, allowing you to correct any deflection of the bay/grid or truss tube. The design of the adaptor allows you to maintain easy access to the rear of the panels for system wiring or maintenance.
Using a double clamp, the top tubes can be mounted on the span or truss structure.
The HS series is available in various standard lengths up to 4 metres.
